All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that contains the tracking number and when it’s expected to arrive. 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Virginia, you’ll get it faster than if you live in California. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-9 business days for domestic delivery and 8-21 business days for international.

We do not accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lanvi.n.designs@gmail.com with your contact information and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
